Commemorating National Occupational Health and Safety Month, BPI Held Blood Donation

Batang (7/2/2017) - PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia (BPI) held a blood donation activity at the Central Java CFPP 2 x 1.000 MW project, Tuesday (7/2). The activity with the theme "Prove Love to Others with Your Blood" is a series of commemoration of the 2017 National Occupational Health and Safety (K3) month. This blood donation activity was carried out in three places, namely the A5 Office of Kenconorejo Village - Batang, the PT BPI Pekalongan Office and at the Central Java CFPP Project Site. Previously, in the 2017 National Occupational Health and Safety Month commemoration series, BPI had also held health education activities for contractor workers for the Central Java CFPP construction project on Thursday (1/2/2017) at the Central Java CFPP 2 x 1,000 MW Batang Project site, attended by 157 participants. This series of activities is BPI's commitment and contribution in realizing occupational safety and health at Central Java CFPP 2 x 1.000 MW project site.
 
 

Also attending the blood donation activity were the CTO of BPI, Hiroyasu Akaike and representatives of PMI Batang Regency. In his remarks, Akaike revealed that this blood donation activity is one of BPI's commitments to be involved in social activities and provide benefits to the community. "We celebrate National Occupational Health and Safety Month not only with ceremonial events or competitions, but also through CSR programs that have a positive impact on the community, especially in Batang Regency," he said.
