BPI Distributes Dozens of Sacrifice Animals in Welcoming Eid al-Adha 1438 H

BATANG - In the spirit of qurban Eid al Adha 1438 H, PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia (BPI) as the developer of 2x 1.000 MW Central Java Coal-Fired Power Plant project (CJPP) will participate with the community by delivering sacrifice animals for qurban to the people around CJPP location.

 

"This is a routine activity held by BPI and is a form of our social concerns for sharing with the community," said GM External Relations of BPI Ary Wibowo, Thursday (31/8). 

 

The delivery of sacrifice animals consists of 11 cows and 14 goats distributed to 16 spots spread over 12 villages in Batang, Central Java.

 

The delivery of sacrifice animals is received directly by the Village Head or representatives. Through this activity, BPI hopes good relationship between management with the surrounding community can be established more closely. He also hopes the existence of PLTU Central Java can continue to have a positive impact and play an important role for Batang social community activities.

 

This activity is also form of BPI’s great gratitude towards the construction of the power plant project, since it can’t be separated from the support and participation from the community, "said Ary.
