BPI Receives Appreciation from the Batang Regency Government for Complying with Submitting Investment Reports and Playing an Active Role in Realizing Better Welfare and Environment

Bhimasena Power, PLTU BATANG – PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia (BPI) received appreciation from the Batang Regency Government for its compliance with the submission of the 2024 Investment Activity Report (LKPM) and received an award as an appreciation for its real contribution and high commitment in supporting community development through the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in Batang Regency. The appreciation was given at the LKPM Socialization organized by the Batang Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP) at the Sendang Sari Hotel Batang on Wednesday, November 14, 2024.
 
In the event, BPI was present together with twenty-four other business actors in Batang Regency. One of the implementations of obligations that must be fulfilled by business actors is the submission of LKPM which is one of the indicators of business actors' compliance with regulations. In this regard, the Government gave awards to ten companies that have been orderly in submitting LKPM with the criteria for submitting LKPM in a timely manner (in this case, LKPM has been approved since quarter 1 of 2023) and contributing to a high realization rate of investment figures in its reporting. The awarding of this appreciation certificate is a form of gratitude from the government to business actors who have provided compliance in submitting LKPM and made a great contribution to investment realization. Batang Regency's investment achievement in 2024 is 4.8 trillion from the target of 9 trillion. 
 
Margo Santosa S.E, M.M as the Secretary of the Batang Regency DPMPTSP in his speech expressed his highest appreciation to companies that obey the existing obligations, especially the LKPM obligations that are submitted quarterly. He also opened a discussion session to business actors who experience problems during reporting, which if there is a delay in reporting, it will affect the regional economy.
 
BPI's General Manager of Stakeholder Relations, Aryamir H. Sulasmoro, represented by BPI's CSR & Community Relations Manager, Ahmad Lukman expressed his gratitude to the Batang Regency Government for the two appreciation certificates given to BPI.
 
"With this appreciation, the company will continue to maintain compliance with LKPM reporting and will continue to collaborate with the government to achieve the investment target of Batang Regency and always play an active role in realizing better welfare and environment," said Aryamir H. Sulasmoro.
