Commitment to Improve Education Quality, BPI Received Jawa Pos Radar Semarang Award 2024

Bhimasena Power, Batang Power Plant - PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia (BPI) received the Jawa Pos Radar Semarang Award 2024. The award was given for its work and dedication as a company that cares about education. The award was given by the Director of Jawa Pos Radar Semarang Baehaqi, to BPI Chief Operating Officer Yoshimitsu Fujii, at the Grasia Hotel, Semarang City, Friday, September 20 2024. 
 
Director of Jawa Pos Radar Semarang Baehaqi said that the awards that night were given to people and institutions who have worked hard to advance this country.
 
"The award recipients are not only from the government, but also from the private sector, academics, legislators, artists and others. "Appreciation is not only personal but group," said Baehaqi. BPI Chief Operating Officer 
Yoshimitsu Fujii expressed his appreciation to Jawa Pos Radar Semarang for giving this award. 
 

 
"This award is clear evidence of the company's dedication and commitment in providing the best for the people of Batang Regency and as motivation to continue working and supporting the implementation of development for the progress of Batang Regency," said Yoshimitsu Fujii.
 
BPI has implemented various educational CSR programs since 2012 which have provided useful results for improving community education, such as support for the annual work plan of 14 village libraries, holding thematic activities such as handicraft training, modern barbershop training, coloring competitions, donors blood, planting trees, literacy movements, watching educational films, and increasing capacity, supporting 33 mini Islamic school libraries in 14 villages, holding Social Inclusion Based Library Strengthening Workshops for 14 village libraries. Supporting 13 Adiwiyata Schools, Increasing the capacity of representatives of 25 schools in 10 villages, Supporting PKBM (Community Learning Activity Center) Padamu Negeri in Bakalan Village and Scholarship Program for 6 students around Batang Power Plant.
