Batang Power Plant Holds CSR Program Bhimasena Lentera Ramadan Hands Over Assistance to 22 Prayer Rooms in Batang Regency
Bhimasena Power, PLTU Batang – In order to welcome the holy month of Ramadan, PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia (BPI) held the Bhimasena Lentera Ramadan CSR program by distributing assistance to twenty-two (22) prayer rooms in Kandeman and Tulis Sub-Districts on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at the Al-Misbah Mosque of Batang Power Plant.
BPI Stakeholder Relations General Manager Aryamir Sulasmoro stated that this year, Bhimasena Lentera Ramadan activities provided assistance for the improvement of worship facilities for twenty-two (22) prayer rooms in fourteen (14) villages.
"We are trying to coexist and get closer to the community through various collaborative activities, and today in order to welcome the Holy Month of Ramadan we handed over assistance to the community with a set of painting tools, operational costs, and 1,210 kg of paint. Hopefully it can help people be more comfortable in carrying out fasting," said Aryamir H. Sulasmoro.
Meanwhile, the Kandeman Sub-district Head, H. Kusrin, S.H., M.Si. who represented the community welcomed and appreciated the company's concern through the Bhimasena Lentera Ramadan activity.
"On behalf of the community, especially the management of prayer rooms spread across Kandeman and Tulis Sub-Districts, I would like to thank BPI for the support given to welcome the holy month of Ramadan. Hopefully this assistance can help prepare for community worship activities.
The Bhimasena Lentera Ramadan activity is one of a series of CSR programs that focus on the social and religious fields. This activity is in line with the company's mission to contribute to supporting the development and welfare of the community around its operational area.
